Service provided "as is"
Noto is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data retention, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for all content you create and store in Noto. You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Disrupt or interfere with the service
Data retention and availability
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and data integrity, we do not guarantee that your notes will always be accessible or that data will be retained indefinitely. It's your responsibility to maintain backups of important content.
Service changes
Noto may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Pricing, limits, and functionality may evolve. We will communicate significant changes when possible, but the service is subject to change without notice.
Account restrictions
Misuse or abuse of the service may result in account restriction or termination at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to: violating these terms, attempting to circumvent service limits, or engaging in harmful behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noto and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of the service.
